They were very good too ensure our needs were met.
While staying at Ibis, we encountered a small issue with the air conditioning being slightly weak. it was still manageable and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The best aspects were the fantastic location - just a short walk down the hill and you're in the heart of the Old Town, and it's conveniently nestled right beneath the castle. The transportation options from the main station were easy, with trams and buses easily accessible. The room itself was spacious, allowing us plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The staff were friendly, kind, and efficient, making our experience even better.

I recently stayed at a hotel right in the center of a beautiful city, with the window open, and it was a great experience. The hotel was located immediately underneath a famous castle in a quiet area very close to the centre. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the basics provided. Additionally, the hotel offered breakfast with hot food topped up regularly.
